Publish date:

The Iowa State Cyclones will host the No. 3 TCU Horned Frogs at Jack Trice Stadium on Saturday night.

The Horned Frogs (6–0 remained undefeated after a victory over Kansas State last week. TCU struggled in the first half against the Wildcats, but the Horned Frogs were able to overcome an 18-point deficit to come back for the 52–45 win.

The Cyclones (2–3) are the definite underdogs headed into Saturday’s game. They are coming off of a 66–31 loss to Texas Tech. Freshman Mike Warren ran for 245 yards against the Red Raiders, but it was not enough to secure a victory for Iowa State. After the Cyclones take on TCU, they will face another tough opponent in No. 2 Baylor.
