Louisville LB Keith Brown ejected for targeting

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) Louisville outside linebacker Keith Brown has been ejected for targeting in Saturday's game against No. 11 Florida State.

Brown, a senior, had a helmet-to-helmet to hit on an Everett Golson completion to Travis Rudolph during the third quarter. On the next play, Florida State's Dalvin Cook scored on a 14-yard touchdown to extend the Seminoles' lead to 27-14.

The call was Louisville's first targeting penalty of the season.
