Oklahoma State wide receiver Jhajuan Seales has been charged with DUI, reports the Stillwater News Press.

Seales, a junior, faces two misdemeanor charges: one count of operating a motor vehicle with a “blood or breath alcohol content of 0.08 or higher” and one count of “transporting an opened container of intoxicating beverage,” according to court records.

Seales was arrested Sunday, released on bond Monday, and charges were filed Wednesday.

In October 2014, Seales and a teammate were arrested for public intoxication after being found asleep in a vehicle at a drive-thru restaurant with Seales in the drive’s seat. He was suspended for the incident and teammate Juwan Offray was dismissed from the team. The News Press reports Oklahoma State is aware of the situation and is handling it internally.

Seales has recorded 12 catches for 164 yards and a touchdown this season.

Oklahoma State travels to face Texas Tech on Saturday.
