Texas (3–4) will face Iowa State (2–5) on Saturday, and is looking for its third straight win.
After opening the season 1–4, the Longhorns shocked Oklahoma and followed up that win with another over Kansas State last week. The Longhorns look to move to 3–2 in conference against the Cyclones, who have dropped three straight games. Dual-thread quarterback Jerrod Heard will lead the Texas attack, while Iowa State will look to counter with leading rusher Mike Warren, who has averaged 6.6 yards per carry this season.
