Alabama running back Kenyan Drake left Saturday’s game against Mississippi State with a fractured arm and will miss three weeks, coach Nick Saban announced.

Drake sustained the injury in the first half of the Crimson Tide’s matchup with the Bulldogs. The injury occurred when Drake attempted to make a tackle, as his arm bent awkwardly at the moment it made contact with ball-carrier’s knee. Drake left the field with an air cast on his right arm.

Drake entered Saturday with 68 carries for 333 yards and one touchdown. In his career, the senior had run the ball 224 times for 1,420 yards and 18 scores heading into Saturday’s game.
