(STATS) - Five FCS players are among the first group of players to accept invitations to the 2016 Senior Bowl, set for Jan. 30 in Mobile, Alabama.

The all-star classic, in its 67th year, announced on Tuesday the initial 19 players in the game, including cornerbacks James Bradberry of Samford and Deiondre' Hall of Northern Iowa, Southern Utah safety Miles Killebrew, Harvard offensive tackle Cole Toner and North Dakota State quarterback Carson Wentz.

"I hope to show that I can compete with the guys from the bigger schools," Bradberry said. "That there's not a drop off in talent when it comes to FCS players."

Wentz, named the Most Outstanding Player of North Dakota State's victory in the FCS championship game last season, is sidelined with a broken wrist, but he is expected to be healthy for the Senior Bowl.

The game will be played at Ladd-Pebbles Stadium.
