Mosely, Papale lead Boston University by South Florida 78-66

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) Cheddi Mosely scored 21 points with four 3-pointers, John Papale added 17 with five 3s and Boston University beat South Florida 78-66 on Saturday night.

The Terriers (2-2) went on a 10-4 run to lead to 74-62 on Papale's 3 with 1:42 left. South Florida (0-4) cut the deficit no closer than eight from there.

Nathan Dieudonne scored 12 and Justin Alston added 11 for BU, which shot 10 of 22 from 3-point range. The Bulls missed all 10 of their 3-point attempts.

Roddy Peters led South Florida with 16 points, Jaleel Cousins scored 14 and Jahmal McMurray added 11.

Cousins' 3-point play with 11:36 left in the first half gave the Bulls an 18-10 lead. The Terriers took their first lead since the opening basket at 26-24 and went back-and-forth until Dieudonne's free throws with four seconds left in the half gave BU the lead for good at 34-32.
