Emegano leads Oral Roberts to 74-64 win over James Madison

HARRISONBURG, Va. (AP) Obi Emegano was 6 of 8 from the field and made 6 of 9 free throws for 20 points to lead Oral Roberts to a 74-64 win over James Madison in the Men Against Breast Cancer Classic on Saturday night.

Jalen Bradley and Kris Martin added 12 points apiece and DaQuan Jeffries had 11 points, seven rebounds and two blocked shots.

Oral Roberts (3-1) held a 39-28 halftime advantage but then had to fight off the Dukes in the second half.

James Madison (2-2) closed to 63-57 following a Joey McLean jumper with 3:54 left and trailed 71-64 after a Ron Curry layup and Yohanny Dalembert made one free throw with 33 seconds left in the game. Jeffries then made three straight free throws to seal the win.

Dalembert had 17 and Curry added 16 for the Dukes.

ORU beat Tennessee-Martin 70-66 on Friday night and will face Florida International Sunday.
