Colbert with 29 points, Montana State edges Wyoming 83-82

BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) Marcus Colbert scored a career-high 29 points to lead Montana State over Wyoming 83-82 on Sunday.

Tyler Hall added 25 points with five 3-pointers for Montana State (3-2).

Josh Adams scored a career-high 36 points with five 3-pointers to lead Wyoming (2-2).

Hall scored eight straight points to give the Bobcats a 63-58 lead with eight minutes left. Adams made a 3-pointer and three free throws during an 8-3 spurt to tie it at 66. There were eight lead changes before Danny Robison made a layup to give the Bobcats the lead for good, 79-78.

Colbert made a pair of free throws, and Adams split a pair to make it 81-79. The Bobcats Zach Green was called for traveling, but Adams slipped on the transition and turned it over with 3.9 left. Colbert made two more free throws before Adams made a long 3-pointer at the buzzer.
