Green Bay dumps Eastern Illinois 81-72

CHARLESTON, Ill. (AP) Carrington Love scored 25 points to go with six rebounds and four steals, and Jordan Fouse added 14 points and 10 rebounds to lead Green Bay past Eastern Illinois 81-72 Saturday night.

Trailing 55-53 with seven minutes remaining, Green Bay's Tevin Findlay hit a 3 and then scored a layup on a feed from Love after his steal to put Green Bay (3-3) up for good. Findlay's 3-pointer started a 16-4 Green Bay run in a four-minute span.

Khalil Small had 13 points and Findlay finished with 10. Green Bay owned a 49-40 rebounding advantage and had 13 steals. The Phoenix outscored Eastern Illinois (0-4) 50-35 in the second half after trailing 37-31 at halftime.

A.J. Riley led Eastern Illinois with 25 points. He was 8 for 15 from the field and shot 8 of 11 from the free-throw line.

Demetrius McReynolds had 12 points and 11 rebounds.
