The Alabama Crimson Tide (11–1) face the Florida Gators (10–2) on Saturday at the Georgia Dome for the SEC championship.

Alabama claimed the SEC West title last week with a 29–13 win over Auburn in the Iron Bowl. Running back Derrick Henry ran a school-record 46 times for 271 yards and a touchdown. Henry recorded his fourth 200-yard performance of the season in the win against the Tigers.

Last week, Florida was upset by Florida State, 27–2, which ended any chance the Gators had of making the College Football Playoff. Florida quarterback Treon Harris was just 19 of 38 passing for 134 yards in the loss.
