Notre Dame lands four-star linebacker Daelin Hayes
Hayes was considering Michigan State and Ohio State.

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish landed a commitment from four-star linebacker Daelin Hayes of Skyline High School in Ann Arbor, Mich., he announced on Thursday.
“God, country, Notre Dame,” Hayes said in a Dark Knight-themed video posted to Bleacher Report. “Go Irish.”
Hayes previously was a verbal commit to USC before re-opening his recruitment and visiting Notre Dame in Sept. He chose the Fighting Irish over Michigan State and Ohio State.

Hayes brings the Notre Dame recruiting class for 2016 to 19 players.
The 6-foot-3, 239-pound linebacker is expected to enroll early at Notre Dame after playing in next month's U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio.
