Arizona State dismisses two players after they were arrested for burglary
Arizona State dismissed two football players after they were arrested for burglary. Sophomore safety Jayme Otomewo and junior defensive tackle Deonte Reynolds were arrested Saturday after they were accused of entering a residence unlawfully, according to AZcentral.com.
Head coach Todd Grahamm announced Tuesday that the players had been dismissed from the program.
“Everybody in our program understands the expectations, our standards and our values,” Graham told reporters. “They understand that up front.”

Scout.com ranked Reynolds as sixth-best junior college defensive tackle prospect in last year’s class and Otomewo was Scout’s No. 45 safety prospect in the Class of 2013. Neither player recorded a tackle this season.
