National recruiting analyst Brian Dohn joins the Scout Recruiting Show to talk about North Carolina's 2016 recruiting class. The Tar Heels currently count commitments from 23 players, including two who have been assessed four-star ratings by Scout.com. The highest ranked player in North Carolina's class is Jay-Jay McCargo, an offensive guard who attends Bishop O'Connell High in Arlington, Va., and ranks No. 17 at his position.
