St Francis (Pa) hands Binghamton 4th straight loss, 67-61

BINGHAMPTON, N.Y. (AP) Ben Millaud-Meunier scored 16 points, Josh Nebo added a career-high 13, and St. Francis (Pa.) beat Binghamton 67-61 on Tuesday night, handing the Bearcats their fourth straight loss.

Ronnie Drinnon scored 11 points and grabbed 16 rebounds for the Red Flash (4-5). St. Francis outshot Binghamton 49 percent to 38 percent, but got into early foul trouble and the Bearcats scored on 18 of 29 free throws.

Up by one at halftime, St. Francis led by 11 midway through the second half after Millaud-Meunier made three straight free throws. Thomas Bruce pulled the Bearcats within 61-57 with 2:16 left, then Dusan Perovic hit his fourth 3-pointer with 35 seconds left to close to 64-61. Drinnon was fouled and hit two free throws and Millaud-Meunier added another to seal it.

Perovic scored 19 points, Everson Davis added 17 with four assists, and Willie Rodriguez had 14 for Binghamton (2-8).
