The Longhorns currently count commitments from 12 players, including five assessed four-star ratings by Scout.com. The most highly regarded player in the class is Reggie Hemphill-Mapps, a wide receiver who attends Manvel High School in Manvel, Tex., and checks in at No. 122 in the latest Scout 300.
