According to Scout.com, Hill is the No. 10 running back in the country, and the No. 162 prospect overall.

He took visits to Wisconsin and Michigan state in addition to Pittsburgh.

The Buckeyes have a commitment from four-star running back Antonio Wiliams, who will help fill the void left by Hill.

Hill becomes the top recruit of Pittsburgh’s incoming class.
