Indiana running back Jordan Howard has declared for the 2016 NFL Draft, the school announced on Monday.

Howard ranked 31st in the FBS this seasons with 1,213 rushing yards, averaging 6.2 yards per carry. He averaged 134.8 yards over nine games, ninth best in the country.

Howard transferred to Indiana from UAB after the program was disbanded following the 2014 season.

He is currently ranked as the seventh-best running back eligible for the draft by ESPN’s Mel Kiper.

Howard rushed for 3,942 yards and 27 yards over his collegiate career.
