UNC Wilmington beats Campbell 106-83

WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) C.J. Bryce scored 24 points and UNC Wilmington beat Campbell 106-83 on Monday in the 101st meeting between the teams.

Bryce was 9 of 17 from the floor, including 4 of 5 on 3-point attempts, for the Seahawks (8-3). Chris Flemmings scored 18 points with 12 rebounds, Jordon Talley had 15 points, and Craig Ponder and Denzel Ingram had 13 points apiece.

Shane Whitfield led Campbell (7-5) with 16 points. Kyre Hamer had 15 points, Chris Clemons and Rod Days scored 12 points apiece, while Troy Harper and D.J. Mason both added 11.

UNCW led by five at the intermission, but made nearly 70 percent of its shots in the second half (25 of 36), including 7 of 10 from beyond the arc, to blow past Campbell. UNCW, 10th in the nation in steals per game (9.8), finished with seven - and forced 15 Campbell turnovers.
