Record-setting Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds will attend President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address on Tuesday, the Naval Academy announced Monday.
Record-setting Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds will attend President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address on Tuesday, the Naval Academy announced Monday.
Reynolds, a Tennessee native, will be a guest of Tennessee congressman Jim Cooper.
Reynolds was a four-year starter at quarterback for the Midshipmen and set the records for most rushing yards by a quarterback and most career rushing touchdowns during Navy’s bowl win over Pittsburgh last month.

After graduating from the Naval Academy, Reynolds will be assigned to the Navy’s information warfare division.
Tuesday will be Obama’s final State of the Union address before his second term runs out later this year.
