Mount St. Mary's outshoots St. Francis (Pa.) 82-72

LORETTO, Pa. (AP) Gregory Graves scored 18 points, Junior Robinson added 15 and five assists, and Mount St. Mary's shot better from the field than at the free-throw line in an 82-72 win over St. Francis (Pa.) on Saturday.

Graves and Robinson combined to make 14 of 21 shots as Mount St. Mary's (8-11, 5-1 Northeast Conference) made 31 of 52 (59.6 percent) from the field for its best shooting performance since 2014. The Mountaineers shot 58.8 percent (10 of 17) at the free-throw line.

St. Francis (7-10, 3-3) trailed 34-30 at the break but made 5 of 6 to start the second half and took a 43-42 lead with 14:31 remaining. The teams traded blows for the next six minutes, but Will Miller broke it open with a four-point play and another 3-pointer to start a 9-0 run and put Mount St. Mary's on top for good.

Ben Millaud-Meunier scored 19 points on 6-of-8 shooting for the Red Flash, who shot 52 percent from the field in the loss.
