GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) Stephen Croone scored 17 points, including a layup at the buzzer, and Furman came back from an eight-point deficit in the final 3:13 to beat Wofford 63-62 on Saturday.

Kris Acox and Devin Sibley had 11 points apiece for the Paladins (10-10, 4-3 Southern Conference), who snapped a six-game losing streak against Wofford.

A Fletcher Magee 3-pointer put Wofford in front 60-52 with 4:01 left. But a Croone layup three possessions later sparked an 11-2 scoring stretch to close out the game for the Paladins. Nine of the 11 points came from Croone, who added a 3-pointer and a pair of free throws in addition to the game-winner.

Spencer Collins had 19 points for the Terriers (8-12, 4-3), who were held to just one field goal down the stretch, a C.J. Neumann layup with six seconds left which gave Wofford a 62-61 lead, setting up Croone's final play.
