NEW YORK (AP) Villanova center Daniel Ochefu will not play in the sixth-ranked Wildcats' game against St. John's at Madison Square Garden.

The 6-foot-11 senior suffered a concussion during practice this week.

Ochefu is averaging 9.7 points and a team-leading 8.3 rebounds for the Wildcats (17-3, 7-1), who are in first place in the Big East heading into Sunday's game against the Red Storm.
