Four-star offensive lineman Landon Dickerson committed to Florida State on Wednesday.

Dickerson is the 76th ranked recruit in the class of 2016 and fourth-best player at offensive guard, according to Scout.com. The Hudson, N.C., native was an US Army All-America selection this season.

Dickerson, who held offers from schools throughout the SEC and ACC, as well as some nationally, chose the Seminoles over finalists Alabama and Tennessee. He joins an top-tier 23-member Florida State recruiting class that ranks No. 5 in the nation currently.

According to Scout.com, Dickerson is "a big, physical offensive lineman, who is very good at run and pass blocking. He gets off the ball quickly and moves well. Dickerson has a strong initial punch and once he's engaged with his opponent, he shows good power and plays until the whistle blows. He can play too high, so he must continue to work on his technique and flexibility. But there's no doubt he has the potential to be a big-time player in college."
