Michigan will hold its first week of spring practice in Florida during spring break, head coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed Wednesday.

The Detroit Free Press first reported in January that the program was considering the trip.

The practices will take place at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. during the school’s spring break, which is set for Feb. 27 to March 6. NCAA rules limit football teams to 15 spring practices, with just 12 including contact, during the 34-day span allotted for spring practice.

The Wolverines finished the 2015 season with a 10–3 record, after defeating Florida 41–7 in the Citrus Bowl on Jan. 1.
