Howard, Central Arkansas beat New Orleans 112-77

CONWAY, Ark. (AP) Jordan Howard made six 3-pointers and scored 36 points - his second 30-plus game - and New Orleans cruised to a 112-77 win over New Orleans on Saturday.

It was the seventh-most points Central Arkansas has scored in program history as the Bears now have 60 100-point games.

Howard was 11 for 20 from the field, including 6 of 13 from distance, and hit 8 of 9 free throws. He also made six 3-pointers on Tuesday and finished with 37 points in a 91-75 loss to Northwestern State.

He has 19 3-pointers in his last three games.

Justin Foreman and Mathieu Kamba each scored 17 points for Central Arkansas (4-15, 3-6 Southland). Jake Zuilhof added nine points, 11 rebounds and three blocks.

Christavious Gill led New Orleans (8-13, 4-6) with 22 points. Erik Thomas had 13 points and Michael Zeno 10.
