VALPARAISO, Ind. (AP) Joe Thomasson scored 14 points, Biggie Minnis tipped in an offensive rebound with one second left, and Wright State earned the season sweep over Valparaiso with a 61-59 win on Saturday.
Wright State (16-11, 10-4 Horizon) held a 33-24 lead at the half, but Valparaiso clawed back, outscoring the Raiders 35-20 over the first 17-and-a-half minutes to take a 59-53 lead with 2:35 left.
The Raiders answered however; as Minnis and Grant Benzinger drilled back-to-back 3s to tie it at 59.
Alec Peters turned it over for the Crusaders (21-5, 11-2), setting up Wright State's final possession. Michael Karena missed a jumper, but Minnis was there for the game-winning tip.

Peters led the Crusaders with 14 points. The loss snaps Valparaiso's school record 25-game home win streak, and was its first loss at home since Dec. 6, 2014.
