Columbia gets hot and pulls away from Harvard 90-76.

NEW YORK (AP) Alex Rosenberg scored 23 points and Maodo Lo added 22 and Columbia pulled away down the stretch to defeat Harvard 90-76 Friday night.

Chris McComber and Lo had 3-pointers in an 8-0 surge after the Crimson had pulled within two midway through the second half. The next two baskets for the Lions were 3s from Alex Rosenberg and McComber.

After McComber's second 3, Lo had three baskets and Jeff Coby two as the Lions made six straight shots to push the lead to 84-70 with 2:34 to play. In an 11-minute stretch, Columbia made 12 of 14 shots.

Columbia (18-8, 7-2 Ivy) shot 67 percent in the second half, 57 percent for the game, going 11 of 26 behind the arc.

Agunwa Okolie scored 20 points for Harvard (10-15, 2-7), with Tommy McCarthy adding 17 and Corey Johnson 15. The Crimson made 11 of 18 3s and shot 57 percent overall, but were outscored by 10 at the foul line.
