UNC-Greensboro dominates Chattanooga 79-64

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) RJ White scored a career-high 26 points and Diante Baldwin had 22 as North Carolina-Greensboro upset Southern Conference leader Chattanooga 79-64 on Saturday.

White finished 11 for 12 and is now shooting 62.3 percent from the field this season (144 for 231). Baldwin finished just one off his career high.

UNC-Greensboro (12-17, 8-8) never trailed in the game, and it was just the Spartans' third win on the road this season. The Spartans have now won three straight. Chattanooga (24-5, 13-3) entered the game leading the nation in wins.

The Spartans built a 34-26 lead at halftime and it mushroomed to a 17-point advantage on Baldwin's layup with 3:17 to play, 71-54.

Francis Alonso chipped in 14 points for the Spartans.

Justin Tuoyo led the Mocs with 14 points while Chuck Ester and Dee Oldham each scored 12.
