Four-star safety Cyrus Fagan has committed to Florida State, he announced Sunday on Twitter.

“I Want To Thank God For Blessing Me With This Opportunity, Also I Want To Thank Every College That Offered Me A Scholarship To Play Football And To Further My Education,” Fagan tweeted.

Fagan announced his commitment to the Seminoles one day after visiting Florida State’s campus for Junior Day.

The Daytona Beach, Fla. native is the seventh-ranked safety and No. 90 player overall in the class of 2017, according to Scout.com. 

Fagan chose Florida State over more than 20 offers from schools including Florida, Miami, Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama.

The Seminoles finished the 2015 season with a 10–3 record after falling to Houston in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl on Dec. 31.
