Former Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott was arrested on Saturday morning in Mississippi and charged with DUI, police confirmed to The Clarion-Ledger.

Prescott’s agency did not respond to a request for comment by the paper.

The 22-year-old is expected to be taken in the upcoming NFL draft, which takes place in six weeks. He threw in front of scouts from 30 NFL teams at Mississippi State’s pro day on Thursday, and met with several teams at the combine with quarterback vacancies.

Prescott led the Bulldogs to a No. 1 ranking in 2014, and left the school holding a total of 38 records.
