Iowa’s Adam Woodbury tipped in a miss by teammate Mike Gesell to push the seventh-seeded Hawkeyes past 10-seed Temple in overtime.

With the game tied at 70 and the clock running down after Temple’s Daniel Dingle missed the front end of a one-and-one, Gesell took the ball on the wing and pulled up, off-balance.

His airball fell conveniently into the hands of Hawkeyes center Woodbury, who grabbed the ball midair and laid it back into the basket as time expired. It looked like he may have pushed off prior to the play, but referees did not blow the whistle.
