Georgia sophomore defensive lineman Jonathan Ledbetter was arrested on Sunday morning on two misdemeanor charges, according to the Athens-Clark County Jail website.
Ledbetter was released an hour after he was booked into jail on charges of underage possession of alcohol and possession of false identification.
A former four-star recruit, Ledbetter recorded four tackles in seven games during his freshman season with the Bulldogs.
According to Scout.com, Ledbetter will likely be suspended for Georgia’s first game of the season against North Carolina on Sept. 3 in accordance with athletics department policy.
