LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) The son of former NFL receiver Keyshawn Johnson says he will play college football at Nebraska.

Keyshawn Johnson Jr. made the announcement Wednesday in a video produced by BleacherReport.com. The 6-foot-1, 195-pounder is rated a four-star prospect by three major recruiting services.

Johnson will be a senior at Calabasas High School in California this fall and can sign a letter of intent in February. His family's relationship with coach Mike Riley goes back to when Riley was Keyshawn Sr.'s offensive coordinator at Southern California in the mid-1990s.

The younger Johnson also had scholarship offers from Alabama, Ohio State and USC, among others.

Keyshawn Sr. was a consensus All-American for USC in 1995. He was the No.1 overall NFL draft pick in 1996 and played 11 seasons for four teams.
