Four-star running back Adarius Lemons has committed to North Carolina, reportsThe Tampa Tribune’s Lynden Ostrander.

Lemons is the No. 253 overall recruit and 20th-ranked running back in the class of 2017, according to Scout.com. The Florida native is also the 12th ranked player at his position in the south region, as well as the fourth-best running back in his home state.

Lemons made his decision after visiting the university on Thursday. He chose the Tar Heels over Auburn, Iowa, LSU, Miami and Ole Miss, among several others.

In his junior season, Lemons rushed for 1,054 yards and 11 touchdowns.
