Four-star defensive lineman Auston Robertson of Fort Wayne, Ind. has signed his letter of intent to attend Michigan State, he announced.

He initially announced his decision to commit to the Spartans, but was arrested on misdemeanor battery charges on Jan. 13. He was released on a $750 bond without any further contact issued. He also entered a diversionary program that may have the charges dropped.

Robertson also was suspended during the season as he was charged with resisting law enforcement and criminal mischief in September. Those charges were dismissed.
