North Carolina has received a new notice of allegations from the NCAA stemming from its academic fraud scandal, the Associated Press reports.

The school received an initial notice of allegations in May, and has seen the fall into a holding pattern since August. Now, it has 90 days to respond to the new notice.

The first document sent in May laid out five charges, including allegations of lack of institutional control and poor oversight over the classes that athletes were taking. The NCAA then reviewed the information that the university reported back in August and decided to issue a second notice.
