Kylin Hill, a four-star running back from Columbus, Miss., verbally committed to Mississippi State on Wednesday.

“It was a tough decision, but with the help of a couple close friends and peers I've finally decided to make my commitment,” Hill tweeted. “[Even though] I will be committing to a team I will allow other teams even the teams that's already offered me to continue recruiting me, cause signing day is a long way from now and you never know what might happen. Without God in my life this moment wouldn't be possible. I am verbally committed to the university of MISSISSIPPI STATE.”

Hill was also considering Nebraska. He finished last season with 1,750 yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground. He was also used as a slot receiver and added another five touchdowns.
