Miami coach Mark Richt will make a personal $1 million donation toward the construction of an indoor practice facility at the school, according to the Palm Beach Post

Athletic director Blake James said that the donation has not been finalized and did not confirm how much the coach planned to give.

The indoor facility would be the first covered practice area for the Hurricanes program. The plans for the facility have already been shared with donors and recruits, but have not yet been made public.

The Post reports that Miami will announce the plans for the facility in the next few weeks. The project is expected to have a price tag over $25 million.
