Baylor junior college transfers Jeremy Faulk and Branton Autry have left the team, reports ESPN’s Max Olson.

Baylor did not disclose the reasons why Faulk and Autry left the team. They are the first players to leave since interim coach Jim Grobe took over on May 30.

Faulk is a four-star defensive tackle out of Garden City Community College and ranks as the No. 32 overall junior college prospect, according to Autry, a three-star offensive lineman from Coffeyville, picked Baylor over offers from 12 other schools, including Florida, Oklahoma and Ole Miss. Both players enrolled at Baylor in January and were active in their position rotations in spring training.

Eight players from Baylor’s 2016 class are currently seeking to be released from their Letters of Intent in the fallout of a sexual assault scandal at the university that led to coach Art Briles being fired.

Baylor will not release a full Pepper Hamilton report

Former Wake Forest coach Grobe was hired as the school’s interim coach, and plans to keep most of the previous assistant coaches.
