West Virginia announced the game will be played at Milan Puskar Stadium on Sept. 16, 2017.

Delaware State will receive a $500,000 guarantee, according to fbschedules.com.

Last season, Delaware State finished 1-10 overall and 1-7 in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference in coach Kenny Carter's first season.
