With so many elite running backs in college football heading into the 2016 season, the top one might take home the Heisman Trophy. So who's best: Stanford's Christian McCaffrey or FSU's Dalvin Cook?

Perhaps no position in college football returns more star power this season than running back. Heisman Trophy runner up Christian McCaffrey is back as are LSU sensation Leonard Fournette, Florida State speedster Dalvin Cook and many others.

Alabama’s Derrick Henry snapped the drought for running backs in the Heisman race last year, and with so much potential at the position in 2016, this year’s top back could easily win the award again. The tricky part, however, is determining who that top back is.
