Four-star cornerback Parrish Cobb has signed with Oklahoma after being released from his commitment to Baylor.

The 5'11", 176 pound cornerback from Waco, Texas is ranked by Scout.com as the No. 25 recruit at his position and the No. 6 in the state of Texas.

Baylor released five 2016 signees from their national letters of intent last month, allowing them to join other programs without NCAA penalty. Wide receiver Devin Duvernay has already committed to Texas, and quarterback Kameron Martin has joined Auburn’s team. Receiver Tren’Davian Dickson has said he intends to transfer to Houston.

The players requested permission to leave Baylor after Art Briles was removed as head coach in the wake of a wide-ranging sexual assault scandal at the school that  included numerous football players.
