Four-star defensive end Robert Beal has committed to Georgia, he announced in a video produced by Bleacher Report.

The Norcross, Ga., native was previously committed to Notre Dame, before re-opening his recruitment in February.

Beal officially visited Georgia in June, and has since canceled his other scheduled visits. 

The 6’4”, 230-pounder is expected to play linebacker at Georgia. He is ranked as the No. 7 defensive end in the 2017 class, according to Scout.com. 

Beal holds offers from across the country, including Alabama, Florida State and Texas.
