Georgia's Nick Chubb (ankle) plays against Tennessee

ATHENS, Ga. (AP) Georgia running back Nick Chubb is playing against No. 11 Tennessee on Saturday despite a sprained left ankle.

Chubb was injured in last week's 45-14 loss to Ole Miss and missed the second half.

Sony Michel started at tailback for the No. 25 Bulldogs, but Chubb entered the game on the second offensive possession and ran for a 3-yard gain.

A year ago, Chubb sustained a gruesome, season-ending knee injury against the Volunteers.

Tennessee is going without linebacker Jalen Reeves-Maybin, who missed most of the last two games with a shoulder injury. Early in the week, the Volunteers hoped he would be able to play, but he didn't come along as quickly as expected.

Reeves-Maybin is a team captain and Tennessee's leading tackler in 2015.
