Is the Big 12 already out of the College Football Playoff hunt? No team from the conference ranked higher in the first playoff rankings than Oklahoma, which sits at No. 14 and already has two losses. One-loss Baylor and West Virginia are behind the Sooners at No. 17 and No. 20, respectively. Could any of those three make a run into the top four?

If Washington and Texas A&M both win out, would the Huskies eventually move ahead of the Aggies in the playoff rankings? In perhaps the most controversial decision of the selection committee's top 25, one-loss Texas A&M topped undefeated Washington for the No. 4 spot in the rankings. Could Aggies lose out on their playoff spot even if they don't lose another game? Or could the Huskies get snubbed by playoff despite being undefeated champions of a Power 5 conference?

Is Tennessee for sure eliminated from the race for the SEC East title? Could Florida throw away its lead to put the three-loss Volunteers back in position to win the division? Or is Butch Jones destined to be the new "coach February," the coach who wins on National Signing Day but can't earn championships during the season?
