LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) Tommy Armstrong Jr. has left No. 21 Nebraska's game against Minnesota after getting injured in the third quarter.

Armstrong, who started after getting knocked unconscious against Ohio State last week, appeared to hurt his leg on a quarterback sneak and was helped off the field by athletic trainers. Ryker Fyfe replaced Armstrong with the scored tied 17-all.

Armstrong was put through a concussion protocol this week and practiced Thursday. He was 16 of 21 for 162 yards with two touchdowns and had 48 yards on eight carries when he left.
