Week 12 college football picks: Oklahoma-West Virginia, Clemson-Wake Forest, more

Most college football fans expected last Saturday to produce few close games or surprising scores. Instead, it was one of the most chaotic days in recent memory, as five of the top 10 teams in the AP Top 25 poll suffered losses, including squads ranked No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4. Week 12 doesn’t offer many intriguing matchups on paper, but look no further than Week 11 for evidence that college football tends to get crazy in November. While No. 1 Alabama may be immune to chaos, pretty much every other team in the Football Bowl Subdivision can be upended by an inferior opponent.
