The No. 9 ranked Irish come into this meeting with a 4-1 record, which includes a very tough loss to Georgia. In their previous game, Notre Dame gave Bowling Green a shellacking to the tune of a 52-0 scoreline. Quarterback Ian Book was nearly perfect, completing all but four passes for 261 yards and five touchdowns. The senior has had a phenomenal season with 13 touchdowns and only two interceptions to his name. It should be a great opportunity for the Notre Dame offense to go through the air with USC’s ranked 79th in pass defense.

The Trojans will have their hands full trying to pull off the upset. They’re coming off their second loss of the season, a 28-14 defeat to Washington, and have yet to win a game away from home this year.
