Caleb Williams Adds Another Unbelievable Throw to Growing Highlight Reel

The reigning Heisman winner was back at it Saturday night and gave college football a treat in the form of an incredible pass.

Caleb Williams and the rest of USC’s offense lit up Stanford on their way to a 56–10 victory and his best pass of the night came under duress. Stanford rushed four with over 10 minutes to go in the second quarter when the Trojans had 28–0 lead, and it appeared Williams had nowhere to go.

Although he had time, the eight players in coverage posed a problem—or so everyone thought. Williams rolled to his right once the pass rush got there and he somehow let a beautiful spiral fly to Dorian Singer for a 19-yard touchdown pass that left the internet baffled.

Williams finished with 281 passing yards and three touchdown passes, completing 19-of-21 attempts. Fittingly, USC made a spectacle of their star player at halftime and used drones to create a Heisman trophy in the Los Angeles sky. There’s a lot of football left to be played this season, but Williams is poised to make another run at the coveted award.
